Thank you for your answer. Not only Qatar wants to participate in the world market. This is understandable, but not under these inhumane conditions. The next insane major sporting event will take place in 2029. Saudi Arabia will host the 2029 Asian Winter Games in the desert. There are many capital interests, including those of German and European groups, such as Deutsche Bahn and others.
